Product Overview 

The MIDAS CTD+ is Valeport’s premier multiparameter instrument, utilizing a unique distributed processing architecture. This technology gives each sensor its own microprocessor, ensuring that all data—Conductivity, Temperature, Pressure, and any optional parameters—are sampled at precisely the same instant (up to 8Hz).

Designed to be "tailor-made" for specific missions, the CTD+ can be housed in either Titanium (6,000m rated) or Acetal (500m rated). Its high accuracy and robust memory make it equally suited for deep-sea profiling, long-term mooring, or integration with Valeport’s water sampler carousels.
