Offering profiling ranges from 1 to 165m, the Workhorse II Sentinel ADCP is well-suited for a wide range of applications. It boasts unbeatable precision and low power consumption, enabling extended data collection periods.

The lightweight and adaptable design of the Workhorse Sentinel allows for easy deployment on buoys, boats, or seabed mounts. Real-time data transmission to shore is facilitated via cable link or acoustic modem, while internal storage supports short or long-term deployments.

Starting in 2023, the Workhorse II models replace the original versions and introduce several enhancements. These include increased memory in the compact flash card, an upgraded compass with improved performance and specifications (especially at higher latitudes and tilt angles), and provision for raw magnetometer data for post-processing. Additionally, a 200m pressure sensor and water modes LADCP, Ice Tracking, Mode 11, and Mode 12 are now standard features, eliminating the need for separate purchases.
