The SeaBat T50-P is a highly portable, survey-grade multibeam echosounder (MBES) that brings the performance of large-vessel systems to small, mobile survey platforms. It is part of the modular SeaBat T-series and is specifically engineered for fast mobilization.
The "P" in its name stands for Portable, referring to the ruggedized, water-resistant Portable Sonar Processor (PSP) that replaces the rack-mounted units found in permanent installations. This makes it the ideal choice for "vessels of opportunity," allowing hydrographic survey companies, port authorities, and dredging operations to deploy an elite sonar system on almost any small boat within minutes.
