Kongsberg cNODE Maxi - Transponder

The cNODE Maxi boasts a highly modular design, offering versatility across a broad spectrum of applications. Its flexibility is attributed to a diverse array of transducers, both internal and external sensors, various housing materials, and additional add-on functions.


With a user-friendly approach to updates, new configurations, and software can be effortlessly downloaded from the Transponder Test and Configuration unit (TTC30) without the need to open the transponder. This streamlined process enhances adaptability and ensures the transponder can evolve with changing requirements.

The launch and recovery operations are made safe and easy by the inclusion of a floating collar and release design. This feature enhances overall operational efficiency and reduces the complexity of these critical procedures. Moreover, spare parts for the cNODE are modular, based on the main modules, facilitating easy maintenance and reducing downtime. The cNODE Maxi stands out for its modularity, ease of configuration, and efficient maintenance, making it a reliable choice for a variety of underwater applications.
